Yes boosters are all over hardcore domination, not a lot you can do except report them and move on. Does the report system work? Yes, but it's far and few between..I do think getting rid of tac inserts will help, but it won't solve the problem, cheaters will be cheaters.
I had a whole lobby of players report two boosters that were in our game about 6 weeks ago (at least 5 reports) and those two players continue to play to this day, so I don't have huge confidence in the reporting working as well as it could or should. I just wish the dbag going 0-40 wouldn't be on my team, seem s to be my luck.
