OGHuxtable has said if one player has a problem it's not immediately a global catastrophe and can not be resolved over night.
Suggestions has been made which may potentially help.
Yes it is frustrating, trust me. But bitching saying no one is doing anything about it is just plain childish. A report needs to be properly filed so that our problem can be reviewed and passed on to those who may have a solution.
