Wait for the next patch. When the patch comes out, they'll list the features of the patch here in the forums. You'll know they've patched Quickscoping when its listed in the thread describing the patch's features. Hopefully it will be sooner then later. I wish they'd focus on getting more dedicated servers online, or at least adjusting the lag if possible.
