Looking for a Clan (Xbox 360)

Hey, I'm looking for a clan to join in MW3 on Xbox 360. Here is what I'm looking for:

• A clan that is in the beginning as far as leveling up goes
• A clan that plays regularly

Here's what you should probably know about me:

• I'm a girl so my k/d ratio isn't that high but what do you expect? I can still kick butt and I enjoy it
• I'm 14 but I'm turning 15 in June
• I have a mic
• My parents are divorced and I live with my dad. The xbox is at my mom's house. I'm here at my mom's, every other weekend. My parents split the time of the breaks I get off school and during the summer, I'm here for 6 weeks.
• I expect respect and I will return it.
