Ghillie suits don't change the hitbox. Sorry to inform you. If you feel like proving rather than spouting blind conjecture I'd appreciate it. And I have yet to find a spot on any map where I can't see a ghillie hiding in a corner. It's not that difficult. I swear nearly everybody I talk to about this makes me feel like they have the absolute worst eyesight and/or attentiveness.
