dbl xp doesn't work either , and when I send a message to a ps4 friend it shows I sent it , but the time shows 4-5mins ago , from just now too when I receive an invite it will show 9-10 mins ago , even though it was a few secs ago , cause im on the phone with him and I can hear his phone background "ding" message sent to me but it takes almost ten mins to get it lol and he lives 2miles from me
