Can you please let us know if you've been able to play regular multiplayer online as oppose to squads? Are you getting any error message when this happens? Have you set up a custom class for at least one of your soldiers? Are you pressing "Circle" when the game first starts? When in spectator mode, are you able to press "Start" and use the "Change Loadout" option?
