I've seen this very frequently. It is not the player getting killed again removing their original tag. It is not them dashboarding or leaving the match. It is something else... These players show up very frequently during clan wars as it makes their team virtually unbeatable if they are in a party. Starting to see a bunch of "black box" emblems as well. It's not a coincidence. I'm on PS4 for the most part, but it is apparent on both systems.
