Beacuse not every option asked for or wanted by the players is really needed in the game. Or else they might as well give me an option that lets me turn all my snipers in to full auto versions with unlimited clips. The music is there to add to the drama to the game and push players to play harder during those last moments when most players want to camp more and soundwhore more. It is only not necessary to those who want to soundwhore. To those that do not need to or try to it is not even a problem at all.
