That was the first time no delivery occured. It has happened a second time. Apple refunded me for the first; I will ask for a refund for this second time. This second time was for the Double Gems special.
When I tried purchasing a different special yesterday, that went through. It feels and acts like a first-time purchase glitch.
If Apple doesn't refund me this time, what recourse do I have?
