boosting (CLIMATRONIC)

Hello guys can any body here help me get the user (Climatronic) banned for boosting whatch my thertre mode go to yeman and go on climatronic and whatch him boosting and he got a few nuclear i dont know what to do form here im 14 so not really a computer expert can anybody take it from here? thank you
