For everything except my 360, they are dynamic. I manually assigned my 360,after checkng the dhcp table to ensure I was not assigning it an IP address used by something else.

It's because the host pulled their inet connection and the server locks up not knowing what to do. This ruined a bunch of clan war wins for us.

If you have UPnP enabled, it opens the ports needed and forwards to the requesting IP.
