If so, the app, from my understanding, allows this with a "cheat code" (lacking a better term). This isn't done through Xbox or the game so I'm not sure what can really be done about it. I personally think there's bigger fish to fry and this glitch isn't hurting anybody. I wouldn't report people for it.
